RIM looks forward to sell NewBay

Blackberry (RIM) is looking to sell new services provider and some other smaller assets as a part of a strategic review process. Research In Motion (RIM) acquired New Bay; a provider of videos, photos and many other tools for smart phones and computers. RIM based in Waterloo,Ontario is the pioneer in the Android Smart Phones industry,but has been struggling many of the years. When RIM bought it in 2011, New Bay had over 80 million subscribers. NewBay stores media on its own servers and delivers it to any internet connected device. RIM shares closed  more than 6 percent higher at $8.29 on Friday.
